Hello Families! This is makeup week. I have been sending progress checks and checking through over 4,000 assignments that the class has completed! WOW! You are all amazing!
Please continue to be patient as I go through all these pages and records. I will be updating grades and following up with any assignment your student is missing. It will help a great deal if you can send a new email with each week so I can update the grades ASAP. Technical issues have caused some parent emails to get "stuck" in the outbox with large attachments. You can combine several pages into one picture to help avoid this. I must be able to see all answers AND THE DATE AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH PAGE. Please do not cover up these important identifying pieces on the page. Thank you so much for all your hard work these past weeks! I am so thankful to have you all on my team! Week 8! We made it! This is the last week I will be uploading a packet to complete. This packet is due May 18 at 8:00 am. The absolute LAST day I am able to accept any work for distance learning is May 21. THANK YOU so much to parents who have been absolutely amazing at keeping up or catching up! You are all so inspiring! If your student has any outstanding work from previous weeks, it must be turned in by May 21 to receive any credit. Please remember to send each late week in a new, separate email titled "Week __" and include all late work for that week in the email. This will help me credit the work to the correct week as soon as possible. I am very happy to work with you to get all work caught up! Please reach out! Please check out the extra activity for Ag in the Classroom included on the final page of the packet! Mrs. Chiantaretto was a visitor to our classroom a few times this year. The students loved doing agriculture projects with her. She has created a special video and packets for all students. If you didn't get a chance to pick up your packet on May 5, you can still find one in the library for your student. Everything you need for this final week is in the file below:
Welcome to Week 7! Only one week left after this week! We are almost there! Please continue to return all work from previous weeks. It is really, really helpful if you can keep weeks in order and note the week in the subject of the email. It is a lot to track and I want to be certain your hard work is recorded as quickly as possible! Please continue to reach out to me. If there is something I could be doing better, I welcome your feedback! Everything you need for this week is in the file below:

If there is something I could be doing better, I welcome your feedback! One question I had this week was regarding the vocabulary in ReadWorks. It IS required. However, I have reduced the number of words for the week per your feedback. It is important that you have your student complete each assignment so they can stay on grade level with their peers. We are in the home stretch! Everything you need for this week is in the file below:

Please continue to return any work from previous weeks. It is really, really helpful if you can keep weeks in order and note the week in the subject of the email. In the past three weeks, I have reviewed over 1,300 pages of work! It is a lot to track and I want to be certain your hard work is recorded as quickly as possible! Please continue to reach out to me. Welcome to Week 3! You are all doing a fantastic job! I am inspired by your determination and ingenuity! A few things to note for this week: Please send ALL emails as a new email and not as a reply to another email. Reply emails make it hard to find your student's work among the many, many emails I have been receiving. If you have any questions about work, do not hesitate to contact me right away! We are in this together! All work for this week is due Monday, April 13 at 8:00 am. MONDAY: Everything you need for Monday is in the file below:

OR COMBINED MONDAY - THURSDAY DOCUMENT: Some parents have informed me that it is easier to print the entire week at once. I created a file with the entire week in one document for ease of printing this way. Some families are printing. Some families are writing work out on a separate page. I will do everything possible to support you with what is working best for you. Please don't hesitate to send me feedback and suggestions! You are all amazing! So, if you prefer to print once this week instead of printing each day, everything you need for the entire week April 6-9, 2020 is below:
Welcome to Week 2! You all did such a great job with Distance Learning last week! I have added a checklist/agenda for each day to make it easier for you to see exactly what is due each day.
